Shipping

All Orailia prints are made to order and fulfilled via our production partners in the United States.

Processing and production time All Orailia prints are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to production within 1–2 business days. Production typically takes a further 3–5 business days before your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery time Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak periods (November–December) can extend delivery times beyond these ranges. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves production. Use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.

Lost or undelivered orders If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days at support@orailia.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your order has not moved in tracking for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.

Incorrect address We are unable to redirect orders once they are in production or in transit. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout may be subject to a reshipment fee.

International orders We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available in future.
